For exchanges, wallets and platforms

PAYBO is looking for depth, not a listing fee arrangement

This page is for institutions assessing PAYBO. It is not addressed to the public, nothing on it is available to buy, and it is not an offer of an investment.

We are a small issuer with a real platform behind us and a market that is too thin. We would rather tell you that at the top of the page than have you find it in your own review.

In one paragraph

Who we are

PAYBO is the reward token of PaybookClub, a social platform running since 2017 where members are paid for what they post. It is issued on Stellar by Capexsales Ltd, registered in England and Wales, number 07161555.

Almost every PAYBO in existence was paid to a member for posting. It reaches the market through people who earned it, not through a sale by the issuer.

What we will do

Release an allocation, priced against the market, locked into liquidity

We hold a PAYBO reserve. We will release an allocation from it to an exchange, wallet or platform partner at a price agreed in advance and referenced to the Stellar market, on one condition: the tokens go into the liquidity pool for the pair and stay there for an agreed period.

That gives a partner a position on the ledger that can be checked at any time, and it puts depth into the pair, which is the thing this market actually lacks. Size, price and lock-up are agreed in advance and in writing.

What we will not do

Pay a six-figure cash listing fee

We have had this conversation more than once. The structures put to us have started at $100,000 before any market-making deposit. We are not going to pay that, and saying so early saves everybody a call.

If the same value went into the pool instead of into a fee, it would do something. That is the trade we are proposing.

Terms

Negotiated individually

There is no standard package and no published price. Write to us and we will put a specific proposal in front of you.

Detail, for people who want it

The developer and business portal

The business model, the unit economics, the tokenomics document and the live API endpoints are all set out at api.paybook.club. The figures there are drawn from Stellar Horizon and from our own database rather than estimated.

Read from Stellar Horizon when this page loads. The last line is supply multiplied by the last traded price, which on a market this thin is arithmetic rather than a valuation.

Said plainly

The order book is thin

There are tens of dollars of depth within range, not thousands. The spread is narrow because volume is low, not because the market is deep, and a modest order moves the price a long way.

Any diligence you run will find this in a few minutes. It is the reason for the proposal above rather than an objection to it.

The asset

What sits behind it

The platform

  • Running since 2017; PAYBO issued on Stellar in 2018
  • 31,913 registered members
  • 78,492 posts published
  • 11,289 completed withdrawals, continuously since November 2020
  • 58.4 million PAYBO paid out to members
  • Reserve held for around 132,000 further withdrawals

Withdrawals and distribution are on the public ledger and can be checked. Membership and post counts come from our own database, and for those you have only our word.

Where members are

West Africa, East Africa, South and South-East Asia

Registrations have come in waves and by country: the Philippines in 2020, Nigeria and Kenya from 2024. The platform runs in nine languages.

This matters to a listing decision because it tells you who would be trading, and from where.
